Futures Employer Mentors
Are you ready to change a Future?
As part of our Futures programme, we aspire to partner every young person across our schools with a Futures Mentor. Mentors will play a crucial role in encouraging and inspiring our young people to strive for successful futures. Our young people will receive support, advice and guidance from their mentors, to help them plan for their future.
Our mentoring programme offers an excellent opportunity to use personal skills and experiences to encourage bright futures for our young people.
Our commitment to Futures Mentors.
- We will provide any relevant training and support to the mentors, as required.
- We can provide both individual and group training around any aspect of neurodiversity, to help develop understanding within your workplace.
- We will offer feedback after each session to support mentors and ensure both mentor and mentee reach full potential.
We will provide direct support to all mentors to enable them to understand the needs and requirements of both the mentoring role and our young people. This will be supplemented with access to a bank of resources and ongoing support throughout.
Training Modules
You can access our introductory training videos below. These provide, across four modules, an overview about the role of a Futures Mentor and takes you through all of the steps up to delivering your first session.
