On Wednesday 20th November, we're delighted to welcome parents, carers, and the wider community to come and visit our Millcourt School. Meet our head teacher and experienced team, gain practical insights into our therapeutic approach, and let your child enjoy a wide range of practical, fun activities across our classrooms.

Ever wondered what it's like to be part of one of our schools? We can't wait to show you!

At our open evening, you can gain advice and support from our Clinical Services Team on a range of topics, including creative and talking therapy interventions, speech and language benefits, how occupational therapy supports our young people, and insights on sleep difficulties, mindfulness, and more.

Our head teacher, experienced team and pupils will also be on-hand to give you a school tour and answer any questions about our inspiring learning environments which we're all so proud of.

Practical and fun activities for children

We'd love your young person to join us too. There will be various activities for them to enjoy, including:

  • Science show
  • Food tech: bun decorating and omelette making
  • Dungeons and dragons in the loft library
  • Art: making Christmas decorations
  • Photography: photobooth and crafting key fobs
  • Geography: earthquake simulator
  • History: murder mystery
  • Primary: rock painting and times tables rock stars
  • PE: table tennis
  • And more!
