University feedback
Year 11 pupils and staff from Chilworth House Upper School recently visited Oxford Brookes University to explore a campus and learn about potential career opportunities.
The trip was a great success and following the visit Teacher, Andrew Hemming received excellent feedback from a staff member at the university.
Good afternoon Andy, I hope that all is well. I am writing to thank you and your wonderful Year 11s for joining us yesterday. I really enjoyed welcoming your students for our tour of the Oxford Brookes University Harcourt Hill Campus. I thought the session with my beginning teachers was really powerful and insightful. Your students are ambitious, articulate, reflective and insightful. They appeared to be confident, considerate and compassionate. I couldn't have planned a better end to our module. I am most grateful to your students for their time and engagement. I hope to visit Chilworth House Upper so they can give me a tour of their school. Please pass on my warmest regards.
