Team Bridgeway donate to local foodbank

Pupils and staff from Bridgeway School are not shy in getting involved in helping their local community. From supporting the local nursing home to clearing leaves from the footpaths around the school to stop visitors to the local church from slipping on them.
This term, their major community project has been a food bank appeal to support people who may struggle during the festive season. This month, pupils and staff have brought in extra food from home to add to their collection, resulting in a sizeable donation taking shape.
On Monday 13 December, Year 11 pupils took their donations to the collection point and dropped it off at the Salvation Army; they were delighted with the drop off!
