Pupils and staff from three Witherslack Group school came together to take part in a week long athletic challenge. Avon Park, Chilworth House Upper and Hall Cliffe schools recently took part in the School Games Challenges.
They maybe apart in distance but that didn’t stop them from getting stuck into an array of challenges designed to improve fitness, team work and build confidence. The challenges also helps young people to compete and achieve their personal best.
Pupils took part in in the clap/catch challenge and battling direction challenge for cricket. The aspiring athletes also enjoyed the archery challenge, a sport that many tried for the first time.
