Say cheese!

Year 10 Pupil, Gracie from Chilworth House Upper School recently got inventive in a science experiment to create her own cheese.
The aspiring scientist used her knowledge of acids and separating techniques to produce delicious cheese made from milk. How impressive is that?
Her skills in the lab will certainly impress cheese enthusiast Gromit from the animation Wallace and Gromit, and us too!
