‘Roarsome’ time!

Pupils and staff from Broadbeck Learning Centre were delighted to celebrate Chinese New Year with a visit to the Tiger Trail at Leeds City Museum. This year marks the Year of the Tiger in the lunar calendar.
On entry to the museum, the pupils were given a map to find the ‘Leeds tigers’ and other animals on display in the galleries that were part of the exciting trail.
They continued their celebrations at the learning centre as they sampled a range of tasty Chinese cuisine.
Everyone had a ‘roarsome’ time, experiencing the festivities and look forward to celebrating more celebrations from around the world.
