Roadchef receives Futures Employer Award
We are thrilled to announce, in collaboration with The ADHD Foundation Neurodiversity Charity, that Roadchef is the first recipient of the Futures Employer Award. Roadchef’s commitment to providing opportunities and experiences to children and young people in schools across our Group has played a pivotal role in securing this win.
The Futures Employer Award honours organisations that lead the way in creating workplace cultures and environments that both celebrate neurodiversity and accelerate young people's futures when entering the workplace.
Roadchef's contribution includes facilitating Future Ambassador sessions, workshops that delve into individual journeys to success, providing a first-hand look at diverse experiences and the opportunities they can offer. Additionally, their commitment extends to hosting children and young through our Work Inspiration programme, offering them hands-on experiences in a range of roles.
The award was presented on Tuesday 5 March at the Roadchef Conference & Awards Ceremony, where hundreds of team members came together for the event.
