Pontville School Blog 126: Pupils Celebrate Nation’s Heroes

Pupils from Pontville School recently worked together with Occupational Therapists, Claire Lammas and Sophie Brummell to create some colourful pieces of art to celebrate Colonel Tom Moore 100th birthday. Colonel Tom hit the headlines recently as he walked 100 lengths of his back garden to raise money for the NHS Trust heroes, raising more than £30 million by his birthday!
During a warm day, the pupils got creative on a blank canvas where they commemorated Colonel Tom and the NHS. Working together, they carefully designed a mural and spoke about his inspiring actions.
How amazing is their collective effort? It certainly has brightened up our day!
