Pizza perfecto
In their food technology lessons, pupils in Birch Class from Chilworth House School have been learning about the properties and classifications of food and the food pyramid.
Armed with their newfound knowledge and ready to cook up a storm, the aspiring chefs designed up unique pizzas complete with toppings and fresh herbs – how impressive are they?
The next step of their learning was to make their designs a reality, and they did this by taking a shopping trip to their local supermarket where they collected their ingredients and quickly got to work by mixing, rolling and placing, and voila! Their perfect pizzas were created.
The activities were enjoyed by everyone and pupils proudly took their creations home to enjoy with their families for tea.
