Fundraising Victory

Meadow View Learning Centre are celebrating the recent achievement of pupil, Ella, has raised more than £300 for Macmillan Cancer Support, by taking part in a Race for Life.
After months of training and perseverance, she took part in the Blackburn 10km Race for Life, completing the route in one hour and 18 minutes.
Manager Deborah Woollams commented:
“Ella showed real commitment and determination to complete this race. She focused on training in the weeks leading up to the race. Not only did she complete it in a great time, she also raised a phenomenal amount of money.
She continued:
“She really pushed herself - the team and I are so proud of her amazing achievement.”
