Christmas cheer goes a long way
In the run-up to Christmas, staff from Meadow View Integrated Therapeutic Provision set a challenge for the young people. The brief was simple, spread a little Christmas cheer within the local community.
Rising to the challenge, the young people agreed to donate some of their pocket money to choose gifts for children within the community who may otherwise not receive them. They also collected and donated food supplies to their local foodbank, and if that wasn't impressive enough, they visited a nearby residential home, donning their favourite Christmas jumpers to sing carols to the residents.
They certainly nailed their challenge of spreading Christmas cheer in the local community with acts of kindness that were recognised and appreciated by everyone.
Well done, everyone!
