A feast of joy, enrichment, and festive delights
Luxborough Court School marked a memorable milestone as pupils, and the team came together to celebrate their first Christmas in a heartwarming event filled with festive cheer.
The highlight of the celebration was a delicious Christmas lunch. The chocolate brownie with whipped cream and the innovative fidget toy cracker emerged as a firm favourite, adding a delightful touch to the traditional feast.
Enrichment activities took centre stage during the festivities, offering pupils diverse experiences. From engaging in Christmas codebreaking challenges to decorating muffins and enjoying lively rounds of festive karaoke, there was no shortage of fun and laughter.
Santa also made an appearance, delivering thoughtfully chosen presents, including personalised books tailored to individual interests, such as the AA road atlas, the history of Lego, and other topics.
The feedback from pupils was positive, with many saying it was the best Christmas celebration they had ever experienced.
Not to be outdone, the team embraced the festive spirit wholeheartedly as they dressed up in their festive attire, adding an extra layer of joy to the occasion.
The festivities reached new heights with a captivating performance by Elm Class, who showed dedication and talent by learning sign language for a rendition of 'Jingle Bells.'
Memories have certainly been made this year.
