Proud moments celebrated
There's been a flurry of activity at Luxborough Court School, where pupils have been working together to engage in lessons with plenty of opportunities to grow, achieve and succeed.
Recently, in English, a group of pupils from the primary provision explored the story, 'We’re Going on a Bear Hunt.' As they flicked through each page, the keen readers also went on a sensory journey, adding different actions, sounds and more to bring the story to life. Everyone enjoyed the activity and can't wait to read more engaging stories together.
The primary provision also witnessed more proud moments, including one pupil making progress in his communication skills with the help of his PECS book, a picture book he has been using at home and school. With this resource, he has communicated in part sentences to make requests.
Keep up the good work! Well done, everyone.
