Skills swirling into action
Pupils from Hall Cliffe School recently achieved their personalised targets as part of their independent living skills, further adding to their toolkit of skills.
As part of their Learning and Development programme, Teacher Cassini Wales gave the pupils a choice of targets to achieve throughout the coming year.
During their initial session, they independently learnt how to load a washing machine, talked through the different materials and settings, and learnt about the different washing detergents.
On completing the task, one pupil commented:
"I am so happy that the staff have shown us how to work the washing machines. I can now help out at home."
Teacher, Cassini was delighted with the outcome commenting:
"We are extremely proud of both pupils and hope they continue to learn and develop new skills."
Great work everyone!
