Staff and young people from the Grange Lodge Children’s Home have recently been fascinated with some birds who have made themselves right at home.

The new neighbours who now live outside the home swooped in a nest and later, welcomed new additions to their family which has all been very exciting for the young people to watch.

The chicks have now flown the nest however they still regularly visit with some even popping into the home when the door is left open.

Chelsea Kipling, Care Practitioner sent a photo of one baby bird that needed a little help finding her way back outside.
