Celebrations and science
Each week, pupils and staff from Dovetree School come together to celebrate the successes of the week.
Pupils who earn positive points throughout the week are given the opportunity to choose from a range of enrichment activities. In addition to this, staff across the school nominate pupils for ‘Student of the Week’ to further celebrate fantastic achievements.
Recently, Assistant Head Teacher, James Bennett proudly presented certificates to pupils.

Elsewhere at the school, pupils were busy in science learning about atomic structures and how atoms interact.
To help them understand the atomic make-up, they were hard at work creating different compounds. Isn’t that impressive?
