Fantastic feedback make staff proud
Family Liaison Offer, Michelle Bailey from Chilworth House Upper School recently carried out destination checks on former pupils and received some fantastic feedback from one parent.
Parent, Jenny shares details on her son's progress:
"Max is doing really well and is now progressing with the second year of his apprenticeship studying to be an electrician, and is showing some good skills… all the credit goes to the school, as I never thought he would get to where he is now. During his time at the school, he has built good friendships and created fond memories, and often talks about how the staff made him feel, allowing him to enjoy his time there and feel proud of himself...thank you for being in contact, it put a genuine smile on Max’s face when he heard you had been in touch."
What brilliant feedback? On hearing this news, the staff team were all beaming with pride.
