Ex pupil is heading in the right direction
The staff team at Chilworth House Upper School were delighted to hear about the success of their 2020 leaver Courtney, who recently contacted the school.
Courtney has been excelling in her animal welfare course at Moreton Morrell College where she passed with Double Distinction. She has also been accepted onto a 2 year Level 3 course where she may be able to travel to Greece in the future to help with animal welfare.
She also has a part-time job at a local pub and this has presented her with opportunities to develop her social skills.
Michelle Bailey, Family Liaison Officer spoke to Courtney’s mum and commented:
"Her mum was beaming with pride down the phone, and of course, we echo that pride as a school. It’s lovely that our pupils’ parents keep us up to date with their success; it shows that our relationships have impacted them positively."
