Our judges identified the winner of the award by drawing on the supporting written evidence from young people accompanying the submissions in the other award categories.

The winner: Shaun, Shift Leader, Dene Croft

Chief Executive’s Choice

This award recognises the best all-round impact, linked to achieving our Group Strategy of Uncompromising Standards, Great Place to Work, Outcomes for Young People, and Financially Secure Business. The winner demonstrated the strongest evidence against each of those four pillars, and will selected by Chief Executive Tracey Fletcher-Ray from among the finalists in the other award categories.
