Bridgeway School - Foundations Set For New Path
Year 11 pupils from Bridgeway School have been busy taking part in a project that will see them create a path in the horticulture area of the school. This path is no ordinary path; it will be in the shape of a ‘B’ tor Bridgeway, and will be known as Harvey’s Path, a tribute to one of the pupils helping to build it.
The new path project will allow pupils to work together and develop life skills and take pride in their community while creating lasting memories. The team have kept their plans under wraps but have revealed that they will be adding flowers to the path.
Head Teacher, Sue Gill commented:
"This path will see our Year 11 pupils take part in a timetabled activity whilst contributing to our school community which they have been part of. They’ve worked really well together and we’re all proud of their efforts."
We look forward to seeing the end result – well done everyone!
