Bridgeway’s bronze award
Pupils and the team from Bridgeway School have been working towards the Anti-Bullying Alliance’s Bronze Award, an anti-bullying programme by United Against Bullying Programme.
To achieve this award, the school was required to evidence its efforts and strategies to eradicate bullying and improve the wellbeing of all the children.
The programme supported schools to reduce bullying focusing on those most at risk, including children and young people with SEND, children and young people who experience racist and faith-targeted bullying, sexual bullying, homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying, looked-after children, young carers and those on free school meals.
This achievement exemplifies the school’s ongoing commitment to creating a culture of kindness, acceptance, and mutual respect within its educational community.
What a fantastic achievement! Well done, everyone.
