Budding bookworms celebrate milestone

Pupils from Ashbrooke School have been completing their end-of-unit reading and writing assessments, and their progress has been a real cause of celebration.
In September, they completed a baseline assessment from which three personalised termly targets were set. The targets were recently reviewed and it showed the progress pupils have made through their perseverance and support they have received from staff.
Pupil, Billy is one such example, her improved his score from 11 out of 24 to 23 out of 24. How amazing is that?
Proud of their progress, pupils worked together to create a board display to showcase this.
