Survival skills in the great outdoors
04 December 2020
Silverwood Class from Abbeywood School recently explored the great outdoors at Hesley Woods as part of a fun-filled Survival Day.
Ready and raring to go, pupils pitched tents, gathered wood and built campfires whilst taking in the beautiful surroundings. Listening to Smithy’s Woodland stories around the campfire, they enjoyed lunch together, which they cooked up.
It was a great day of adventure, team building and fun, and pupils are already looking forward to their next adventure, They were very grateful to Teacher, Ben Ota for organising the trip and creating memories that will never be forgotten!
