Safer Internet Day
Pupils from Abbeywood School recently took part in a range of activities as part of Safer Internet Day. For the 18th edition of Safer Internet Day, the theme was ‘Together for a better internet’, where the focus was on making the internet a safer and better place for everyone and exploring the reliability of information online.
During the day, pupils engaged in many interesting debates and discussions, completed quizzes, and focused on online safety and online media during their PSHE lessons throughout the week.
Their learning around safer internet also provided evidence for their Silver Award for the Rights Respecting School Award from Unicef, which they are working towards. They certainly don’t miss a trick.
Well done everyone!
