Our range of specialist schools, both day and residential, offer unrivalled opportunities, experiences and support for every child. The highly dedicated, skilled and experienced team of teaching and care professionals work with parents and carers to deliver outstanding outcomes and inspire the future that every child deserves. Pupils are supported by highly qualified and experienced staff who can offer an extensive range of academic, practical, vocational, sport and leisure activities, to aid both a young person’s educational achievement and the continued development of their social and communication skills.
Our in-house integrated team of clinical experts deliver over 300,000 hours of therapeutic support dedicated to our children and young people, enabling them to thrive both in and outside of the classroom. Our integrated team around the child (ITAC) approach ensures that young people have access to cohesive services and all the relevant practitioners concerned with an individual young person meet regularly. This ensures the services delivered are integrated, prioritised, coherent and achieve their intended outcomes.
Each half term we review the young person’s provision through the ‘Integrated Team Around the Child’ coming together to evaluate progress, plan next steps and evidence change in emotional wellbeing, mental health, behaviour and learning.
The team is made up of professionals from across different disciplines to ensure there is a holistic approach to meeting each young person’s needs.
We are delivering unlimited aspiration and endless employment opportunity for every child which is why 100% of our young people leave directly into employment, further education or training.
We break down barriers to employment through inspirational work experience, employer led programmes and lifelong employment support for our alumni. We work with over 115 businesses and companies from ambassador sessions with John Lewis to apprenticeships at Microsoft, our young people are consistently provided with support, guidance, and opportunity.
