We work as a team across our homes, schools and head office meaning we want you to feel like you belong no matter what. Made up of different backgrounds and experiences, we combine our knowledge to ensure we learn and develop to create an inclusive environment for our employees which reflects on to our young people. For them, being able to relate to staff members and have role models from similar backgrounds ensures they never feel alone.

There is lots to celebrate here at WG! From awareness days and religious festivals to charity events and our own special awards, we acknowledge the diversity of celebrations and mark them equally. With access to e-cards to let someone know they have done a great job to our annual Star Awards, there are constant opportunities to give and receive. Your hard work will never go unnoticed and we are proud of every huge small victory.
