Create homes that make a true difference.

Homes that every child deserves

As the UK’s leading children’s home provider, based on Ofsted judgements, we are proud to be able to offer every child a home environment that will give them the stability, support and encouragement they need to succeed.

Establishing and managing a children’s home that has the ability to make a real difference is a big responsibility and takes real leadership.

That’s why we need team leaders to support our registered managers and deputy managers to create a home that every child deserves – one full of activity, new experiences and, most importantly, fun and laughter.

Each and every one of our children’s homes are maintained and resourced to extremely high standards.  Ranging in size from 3 to 9 beds, all bedrooms are en-suite, which means no long queues before school.  You’ll have the vision and ambition to help us improve on these high standards so that we can continue to realise the best possible outcomes for our young people.

Create and witness moments of pure joy

Our Team Leaders provide positive experiences to young people and, along the way, witness moments of pure joy as they work with their teams to create an atmosphere full of cheer.

In this short film, our Team Leaders provide an insight into their roles. Continuous support, training and teamwork form the foundation of their success, while their motivation and enthusiasm help transform the lives of young people, enabling them to achieve fantastic outcomes.

Working with us

You’ll be the person who keeps our team operating at their very best.

When the Manager and Deputy Manager are off site it’ll be down to you to take control. If there’s a case conference, you’ll be among the key people involved. You’ll be a role model and someone who our young people will look up to. The strong relationships you build will help bring the best out of each young person.

You’ll be required to create a safe, happy and welcoming home that meets our own high standards as well as Ofsted’s, where our young people can thrive and progress.  Whether it be helping with homework, playing sports, teaching them how to cook or various other day to day activities, you’ll be there.

You’ll lead and support every team member and thrive on them growing and developing their careers with us.  You’ll be able to work and engage with all staff to ensure the home team works as one to achieve the best possible outcomes.

You’ll be constantly gaining valuable experience of running a children’s home, understanding and ensuring compliance with the regulations and standards, as well as developing your leadership and management skills.
