It is not just the staff who work across our schools and children’s homes that are motivated by playing their part in changing a life and shaping a future. Our Head Office staff, who provide a wide range of support, also play a vital role in each and every child and young person’s journey with us.

From Finance to Administration, Human Resources to IT, Commercial to Quality Assurance, every department is driven by a focus on realising life-changing outcomes for each and every child.

In our most recent staff survey, ‘improving outcomes for young people is a top priority at my place of work’ was our highest scoring question at 8.9. This is something that we are really proud of, as making a difference to the lives of children and young people is at the centre of everything we do.
