The Office Manager role is a key part of our Head Office function. Committed to providing an unrivalled experience ensuring great quality and consistency to every interaction we have with parents, our Schools and Homes, stakeholders and the wider Head Office function.

In this role your team will be the first point of contact so your ability to be able to build relationships and effectively communicate our extensive offering is paramount. This role requires close partnership working across Witherslack Group’s wider teams such as homes, schools, and group office function with the ability to skilfully and compassionately provide appropriate advice, guidance and signposting as needed.

As Office Manager at Witherslack Group, you will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations within the office. Your responsibilities will include managing the office team, coordinating meetings and events, maintaining records, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will support other head office functions where necessary, assist with private and confidential tasks required by upper management, and implement office policies and procedures. Your role is pivotal in creating a productive and positive work environment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our organisation.

Salary: Salary of £30,000 - £35,000k

  • Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office 365, Excel, Word)
  • Experience in coordinating meetings, events, and maintaining accurate records
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude to handle challenges and improve office processes
