Get out what you put in
The purpose of this role is to maintain and enhance the Workday experience for all users and ensuring the smooth operation of our essential people processes in this area. This role focuses on Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling within Workday but will involve other aspects as required.
This role will see you supporting Managers and Senior Admins in the above areas as well as providing training support. You will help drive continuous improvement to increase productivity, accuracy, and improve staffing levels. The maintaining of the business processes and configuration of the above areas of Workday will become a key part of Witherslack Groups day to day function, so this role requires an eye for detail and a motivated team player.

- Salary: Base salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

- Experience of preparing and controlling data and checking for accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- It is desirable that you have experience working with Work Day in particular with Absence, Time Tracking and Scheduling
- It is desirable but not essential that you have a background in creating rotas and allocating shift patterns to workforce
